1. Will items be restocked?
Most of our prints are released as limited editions, though we do offer a few collections that are restocked regularly. If you see a “Back in Stock Alert” option, we recommend signing up so you’ll be notified as soon as the item becomes available again.
2. What is your return policy?
We’re happy to accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and returned in their original poly bag. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Holiday apparel is final sale and cannot be returned. This includes items related to Christmas, Valentine’s Day, St. Patrick’s Day, Halloween, Easter, the 4th of July, and similar holidays. Additionally, all sale items—including those purchased during Black Friday promotions or other discounts—are final sale and not eligible for return.
3. Where is your manufacturer?
Our products are manufactured in China, while our operations are based in the Chicago suburbs. We’re a family-owned business that partners with artists from around the world to create unique, one-of-a-kind prints.
4. Do you do gift wrapping?
Yes, we offer gift wrapping! You can include a handwritten note at no extra cost—just add your message at checkout and we’ll take care of the rest. For an additional fee, you can upgrade to a gift bag. We’ll wrap your items in tissue paper and include your handwritten message for a beautifully finished gift.
5. When will my order ship?
We ship most orders within 24 hours of purchase. During drop days and sale events, please allow 3–5 business days for processing and shipment, as order volume is higher. Rest assured, we’re working as quickly as possible to get your package on its way.
6. How does sizing run?
Our sizing charts can be found here. Our convertible footies tend to run about one size larger, while our kids’ sets (2T and up) fit true to size. If your child is between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit and longer wear.
